Hermetic Sliding Doors

For environments such as Operating theatres Clean production areas and laboratories we offer a range of fully hermetically sealed sliding doors which are rated and tested to the highest air pressure resistance standards. These form part of a complete solution for safe secure access into these highly sensitive areas and can work in unison with access controls, air pressure systems and fire safety systems. We offer both solid and glazed leaves and can produce lead lined units for all lead classes as necessary. The solid door units can serve as blackout doors in ophthalmology theatres due to the complete seal achieved by the system. The door travels 12mm down and in towards the ope during its closing cycle to create a complete positive seal with the wall frame and floor .

Oversize Operator and track to handle door leaves of up to 250 KG.
Track design enables door to drop in and down 12mm in closing cycle guaranteeing a fully hermetic seal.
Door available as manual or automatic.
Bespoke silicone compression seals for clean contaminant free seal and long life.
Oversize 60mm thick door leaf construction to ensure rigidity and aid sealing.
Flush interface between the main door face and the aluminum structure frame for fully clean performance.

Air Flow control doors

Where a positive pressure is required in a space such as a laboratory or operating suite we can offer our air tight doors. The unique sealing system allows air flow out of the room in positive pressure conditions but seals up against negative pressure when it occurs thus ensuring the air quality within the room. These doors can be provide in single and double leaves with solid and glazed options available and can be lead lined to all classes.

Features:

Operator suitable for single and double doors with leaf weights up to 140kg
Door available as manual or automatic.
Flipper seals on leaf allow for exit of positive pressure but prevent ingress of air on negative pressure.
40mm thick door leaf construction with outer aluminum to ensure rigidity and aid sealing.
Flush glazed panel detail for vision panels.
