The MS3 is a next-generation Pay & Display terminal designed for the way Irish parking operates today — increasingly cashless, remotely managed and expected to run reliably in rain, wind and sea air.
Built for councils, hospitals, campuses and private operators, it combines a modern touchscreen interface, solar-powered operation, and real-time remote management through the IPS Data Management System. The result is a lower-cost, higher-availability terminal that reduces service visits and improves the experience for drivers.
