Client Background

The Nenagh Primary Care Centre is a modern, purpose-built healthcare facility designed to centralise a range of essential medical and community services under one roof. The centre accommodates GP practices, HSE clinical and community spaces, dental services, pharmacy provision, and associated support offices.

This development significantly enhances access to healthcare for the local community, providing improved patient experiences within a high-quality, accessible, and thoughtfully designed environment.

The Challenge

MF Services was contracted to supply a complete ironmongery package that aligned with the architect’s design. It had to meet functional, aesthetic, and accessibility standards. The project required high-quality ironmongery that was practical and durable enough to withstand heavy daily use.

Project Implementation

Design & Scheduling

Within 2 weeks of receiving architectural floor plans and door schedules, MF Services delivered an approved site-specific ironmongery schedule. This was 4-5 months in advance of the ironmongery required by the joiner or site.

Site Coordination & Delivery

Three weeks in advance of the ironmongery being required on site, we liaised with the Townmore site team to ensure timely delivery and smooth handover.
