Client Background

Griffin Point is a new residential community in Dublin 13 offering modern, high-quality cost-rental homes by Respond in partnership with Dublin City Council and supported by national housing bodies. The project provides sustainably designed homes with accessibility, community spaces, and transport links nearby, aimed at offering affordable long-term rental options.

The Challenge

Townmore Construction needed steel doors and architectural ironmongery across the new development. The products had to be compliant with fire, security, and accessibility standards and be suitable for high-traffic use. Supply, delivery, and installation also had to align with the development’s construction timeline.

The Goal

Install high-quality, compliant steel doors and ironmongery that:

• Meet all relevant safety and regulatory standards
• Provide long‑term performance in a high-traffic residential development environment
• Delivered and installed on schedule in line with the construction schedule

3. Products were ordered and delivered to the site with an 8-week lead time
4. Installation was completed efficiently by MF Services technicians once the products arrived on site
5. Final safety checks and handover were completed with the team at Townmore Construction
